Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning the specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
The DPP10 gene encodes a homolog of dipeptidyl peptidases (DPPs) that cleave terminal dipeptides from cytokines and chemokines, presenting a potential new target for asthma therapy. DPP10 shares features with members of the S9B family of DPP serine proteases, including DPP4, which plays a central role in chemokine processing within the innate immune system. The DPP10 locus exhibits complex transcript splicing patterns, with eight alternate first exons, four of which localize within the LD block strongly associated with asthma.
