This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems clone antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, and individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL3 (also known as GRO alpha, GRO beta, and GRO gamma) are members of the CXC chemokine subfamily. Mature CXCL1/2/3 proteins bind with high affinity to the IL-8 receptor type B and act as potent neutrophil attractants and activators. Processed forms such as GRO-alpha(4–73), GRO-alpha(5–73), and GRO-alpha(6–73) exhibit approximately 30-fold higher chemotactic activity.
