Antigen standard for HPGD (transient overexpression lysate), treated A549 lung carcinoma cell lysates, and LoVo colon carcinoma cell lysates.
Target Information
- Function: Prostaglandin inactivation; contributes to the regulation of events under prostaglandin level control.
- Catalytic activity: NAD-dependent dehydrogenation of lipoxin A4 to form 15-oxo-lipoxin A4.
- Biological relevance: Inhibits in vivo proliferation of colon cancer cells.
