Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 이중 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성합니다. 항체는 실온에서 동결건조된 형태로 배송되며, 도착 후 -20°C에 보관해야 합니다. 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 최대 1주일 보관 가능하며, 장기 보관 시 소량으로 분주하여 -20°C에 보관합니다. 반복적인 냉동·해동은 피하십시오. 사용 전 모든 항체 용액을 원심분리(10,000 × g, 5분)하십시오.

SLC40A1은 철 조절 수송체로서 장내 철 흡수 및 세포 내 철 방출에 관여합니다. Ferroxidase 존재 시 철의 유출을 매개하며, SLC40A1의 결함은 혈색소증 4형(HFE4)을 유발할 수 있습니다. 이는 상염색체 우성 철 과부하 질환입니다.
