Target Information
CDK1(Cell Division Control Protein 1)은 세포주기 진행의 핵심 조절 인자로, 유사분열 개시를 위한 M-phase promoting factor(MPF)의 촉매 서브유닛입니다.
CDK1은 세포주기 G2/M 단계에서 Bcl-2의 인산화를 매개하여 세포사멸(apoptosis)의 지연에 관여하며, 또한 안드로겐 비의존성 전립선암에서 CDK 억제제 NU2058의 치료적 잠재력이 보고되었습니다.
