Target Information
Phosphatidate phosphatase (PAP)는 진핵세포의 지질 신호 대사에서 중요한 역할을 수행합니다. 두 가지 형태의 PAP (PAP1 및 PAP2)는 세포 내 위치 및 N-ethylmaleimide (NEM)와 Mg²⁺에 대한 감수성에 따라 구분됩니다.
Yeast DGPP phosphatase (DPP1)와 mammalian DGPP phosphatase (PAP2)는 Mg²⁺ 비의존적이며 NEM 비감수성의 막 결합형 효소로 알려져 있습니다.
PPAPDC1A (DPPL2)와 PPAPDC1B (DPPL1)는 Mg²⁺ 비의존적이면서 NEM 감수성인 새로운 형태의 mammalian phosphatidate phosphatase로, 넓은 기질 특이성을 보입니다.
Knockdown 실험 결과, 본 단백질은 JAK-Stat3, MAP kinase, PKC 등 다양한 세포 신호 경로에 관여하며, DUSP22의 하향 조절을 통해 estrogen receptor 경로를 강화할 수 있음이 확인되었습니다.
