Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The enzyme encoded by the PNPO gene catalyzes the terminal, rate-limiting step in the synthesis of pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (vitamin B6).
Vitamin B6 acts as a co-factor for enzymes involved in homocysteine metabolism and neurotransmitter synthesis, including catecholamines.
