Product Specific Information
- In Western blots, shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human ADAM8, 9, 15, 17/TACE, and recombinant mouse ADAM10.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

ADAM10, a metalloprotease-disintegrin in the mammalian ADAM family, cleaves TNF-a, Notch, and delta.
Human, mouse, and bovine ADAM10 genes were cloned and designated ADAM10, Kuzbanian (KUZ), and MADM, respectively.
ADAM10 mRNA is expressed in various human and bovine tissues.
