Target Information
Phospholipase C gamma (PLCγ) family에는 PLCγ1과 PLCγ2 두 가지 주요 단백질이 포함됩니다. 이들은 공통적인 구조 도메인 외에도 PH 도메인, 두 개의 SH2 도메인, 하나의 SH3 도메인을 추가로 가지고 있습니다. 호르몬이나 성장인자 등의 세포외 자극에 반응하여 수용체 티로신 키나아제(RTKs)가 PLCγ를 인산화 및 활성화시키며, 활성화된 PLCγ는 phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2)를 가수분해하여 inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate (IP3)와 diacylglycerol (DAG)이라는 세포 내 신호전달 분자를 생성합니다.
