Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Perlecan is an extracellular matrix proteoglycan with a large core protein (400–450 kDa) and heparan sulfate side chains.
It is found in basement membranes, contributes to permeability characteristics, serves as a substrate for vascular cells, and binds growth factors involved in vascular remodeling.
