Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain an antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TOMM34 protein is involved in the import of precursor proteins into mitochondria. It exhibits chaperone-like activity, binding unfolded proteins and facilitating their mitochondrial import. The protein is located in the cytoplasm and sometimes associated with the outer mitochondrial membrane, showing weak ATPase activity and containing six TPR repeats.
