- In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) UNC5H3 and recombinant rat UNC5H1 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhUNC5H4 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
UNC5B는 netrin 수용체로, 신경계 발달 중 축삭 유도(axon guidance)에 필수적입니다.
리간드 결합 시 신경 성장원추(neuronal growth cone)의 반발(axon repulsion)을 매개하며, DCC와의 상호작용을 통해 반발 신호를 유도할 수 있습니다.
또한, netrin 리간드가 없을 때 apoptosis 유도를 위한 의존 수용체로 작용하며, DAPK1을 활성화하여 세포사멸을 매개합니다.
DAPK1의 Ser-308 잔기의 자기억제 인산화를 감소시켜 촉매 활성을 증가시킵니다.
