Description:
이 WD1928 항체는 Eomesodermin(Eomes, T-box brain 2, TBR2) 단백질을 인식합니다. Eomes는 T-bet과 높은 상동성을 가지는 T-box 전사인자로, 대부분의 척추동물에서 배아 발생과 영양막 발달에 필수적입니다. 면역계에서는 CD8+ T세포 및 NK세포의 분화 조절에 관여하며, CD122(IL-2R 및 IL-15R의 공통 β-chain) 발현과 밀접한 상관이 있습니다.

Applications Tested:
정상 인간 말초혈 세포를 Foxp3/Transcription Factor Buffer Set(Product #00-5523-00)을 사용하여 염색 후 유세포 분석에 테스트되었습니다.
권장 사용량은 5 µL (0.25 µg)/test이며, 한 test는 100 µL 최종 부피 내에서 세포를 염색하는 데 필요한 항체량을 의미합니다. 세포 수는 실험 조건에 따라 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 조정 가능합니다.
