For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TRIB1, also known as gprotein coupled receptor induced, skip1, gig2, c8fwATP, is involved in protein binding, protein kinase inhibitor activity, and protein serine/threonine kinase activities.
Overexpression of TRIB1 in HeLa cells represses IL8 promoter activity by inhibiting AP1. It also inhibits Ras-driven and MEKK1-mediated AP1 activation, while enhancing ERK activation.
Coimmunoprecipitation and yeast two-hybrid assays show that MEK1 interacts with TRIB1 and TRIB3, and MKK4 interacts specifically with TRIB1. Cotransfection of MKK4 stabilizes TRIB1 through TRIB-MAPKK interaction.
