For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TLE1 acts as a transcriptional corepressor binding multiple transcription factors.
It inhibits NF-kappa-B-regulated gene expression and the transcriptional activation mediated by FOXA2, CTNNB1, and TCF family members in Wnt signaling.
The function of full-length TLE family members may be modulated by association with dominant-negative AES.
It also has an unusual role as a coactivator for ESRRG.
