Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse TREML1, TREML4, TREM1, TREM2b, TREM3, TREM4, and recombinant human TREM2 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
TREML2 is located in a gene cluster on chromosome 6 with the single Ig variable (IgV) domain activating receptors TREM1 and TREM2, but it has distinct structural and functional properties.
