Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse FoxK1 is observed.
- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human FoxK2 and FoxJ1 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.

- Forkhead DNA 서열 모티프(5'-GTAAACA-3')를 인식 및 결합
- FOXK2와 함께 해당작용 관련 효소(HK2, PFK, PKLR, LDH) 발현을 촉진
- PDK1, PDK4 발현을 통해 피루브산의 미토콘드리아 산화를 억제
- mTORC1 신호에 반응하여 핵으로 이동, HIF1A 등 해당 관련 유전자 조절
- 근육 내 자가포식 억제 및 근육 재생 과정에서의 전사 조절
- Myoglobin (MB) 유전자 상류 조절 영역(CCAC box)에 결합하여 근육 전구세포 증식 조절
- Wnt/β-catenin 신호를 양성 조절하고, 항바이러스 유전자 발현을 촉진함
