- In direct ELISAs, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human S100A16 is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse S100A4, recombinant human S100A2, and S100A10 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
