- Complex formation with Rb occurs in a hormone-independent manner.
- Complex formation with TR is thyroid hormone-dependent.
After T3 treatment, Trip230 becomes phosphorylated and translocates to the nucleus, suggesting phosphorylation plays a key role in nuclear transport.
