Product Specific Information
- Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining using 10mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10 minutes, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- After antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Suggested positive control: Breast carcinoma.

DOK1 (P62dok, Docking protein 1)는 주로 세포질에 존재하는 어댑터 단백질로, MAPK 활성화를 억제하고 세포 증식 및 변형을 억제하며 세포 확산과 이동을 촉진합니다.
DOK1은 여러 티로신 키나아제(c-kit, v-abl, vFPS, EGF, PDGF)의 주요 기질이며, 인산화 후 ras GTPase-activating protein과 복합체를 형성합니다.
인슐린 수용체 키나아제에 의한 티로신 잔기 인산화는 인슐린 신호 경로의 음성 조절을 유도합니다.
DOK1은 N-말단에 pleckstrin homology 도메인을, 그리고 10개의 PXXP SH3 인식 모티프를 포함합니다.
