Target Information
Glucocorticoid Receptor (NR3C1)는 글루코코르티코이드의 수용체로서 전사 인자로 작용하며, 다른 전사 인자들의 조절자 역할도 수행합니다. 이 단백질은 평상시 세포질에 존재하다가 리간드 결합 시 핵으로 이동합니다. 심장 조직(좌·우심방, 심실, 대동맥, 중격 등)에서 발현되며, 여러 프로모터와 번역 개시 부위의 사용으로 다양한 전사체 변이체를 형성할 수 있습니다. NR3C1 유전자 변이는 글루코코르티코이드 저항성의 원인이 될 수 있습니다. 또한, 활성화를 위해 샤페론 단백질 복합체와 결합해야 하며, 덱사메타손과 같은 스테로이드에 나노몰 농도 수준의 친화도로 결합합니다.
