Easily Screen for Kinase Binding

LanthaScreen™ Eu Kinase Binding Assay는 TR-FRET 기반으로 비활성 키나아제 결합 및 off-rate 측정을 간편하게 수행할 수 있습니다.

• 단순한 mix-and-read 형식
• 1시간 인큐베이션 후 바로 측정 가능
• Alexa Fluor™ conjugate(“tracer”)와 Eu-labeled anti-GST antibody를 이용해 FRET 신호로 결합 감지

Tracer와 antibody가 동시에 결합하면 높은 FRET이 발생하며, 키나아제 억제제에 의해 tracer가 치환되면 FRET 감소가 관찰됩니다.
