Target Information
ELL은 RNA polymerase II 전사 과정에서 일시적인 중단을 억제하여 촉매 속도를 증가시키는 super elongation complex(SEC)의 구성 요소입니다. 또한 RNA polymerase II 및 III에 의한 snRNA 유전자 전사를 조절하는 little elongation complex(LEC)의 구성 요소로 작용합니다. SEC 복합체 형성 이전 단계에서 RNA polymerase II의 안정화 및 초기 전사 개시 복합체 형성에도 관여합니다.
