Target Information
ENOPH1는 2,3-diketo-5-methylthiopentyl-1-phosphate (DK-MTP-1-P)를 2-hydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentenyl-1-phosphate (HK-MTPenyl-1-P)로 에놀화시키는 bifunctional enzyme으로, 이후 탈인산화 과정을 통해 acireductone인 1,2-dihydroxy-3-keto-5-methylthiopentene (DHK-MTPene)을 형성합니다.
