TS8.2 단클론 항체는 인간 TCR V delta 1을 인식하며, 이는 T세포 수용체의 델타 서브유닛의 공통 프레임워크 결정기입니다. 감마-델타 T세포는 주로 상피조직 내에 존재하며, 알파-베타 T세포와 달리 항원 인식 방식이 다르고 TCR 다양성이 낮습니다. 일부 감마-델타 T세포는 항종양 및 면역조절 활성을 나타냅니다.

이 항체는 Flow Cytometry 분석에 검증되었으며, 정상 인간 말초혈액세포 분석에 사용되었습니다. 권장 사용량은 5 µL (0.125 µg)/test이며, 100 µL의 최종 부피에서 세포 수는 10⁵~10⁸ cells/test 범위 내에서 실험적으로 결정됩니다.

T Cell Receptor gamma-delta (TCR γδ)는 고도로 가변적인 감마와 델타 체인이 CD3 단백질 복합체와 함께 발현되는 이형이량체 막 수용체입니다. 감마-델타 T세포는 알파-베타 T세포보다 적지만, 장점막 등 상피 경계 부위의 T세포 중 상당 부분을 차지합니다. 감마-델타 TCR 활성화를 유도하는 항원 자극은 주로 MHC class-비의존적으로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
