Product Specific Information
This 9B9 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD368, also known as Clec6, ClecsF8, or Clec4D. In peripheral blood, CD368 is highly expressed on granulocytes and CD14⁺CD16⁻ monocytes, with low expression in some dendritic cells.
CD368 is a C-type lectin receptor involved in endocytosis, phagocytosis, and proinflammatory cytokine production in cooperation with Toll-like receptors. It also mediates cellular activation via Syk kinase signaling.
Applications Reported: Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.
Due to the endocytic nature of Clec6, fixation prior to staining is recommended for optimal signal.
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and validated for flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells.
Use at 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test (defined as antibody amount for 100 µL staining volume).
Cell number may vary between 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
Fluorophore Information:
eFluor® 660 replaces Alexa Fluor® 647, emits at 659 nm, and is excited with a red laser (633 nm).
Ensure instrument compatibility for detection.
