Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human TAFA2, TAFA3, or TAFA4 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
TAFA5는 GPCR(S1PR2, FPR2)을 활성화하여 세포 증식 및 이동을 조절하는 케모카인 유사 단백질로 작용합니다.
MAPK3/ERK1 및 AKT1 경로를 통해 대식세포의 화학주성 이동을 유도하며, TNFSF11/RANKL에 의해 유도되는 파골세포 형성을 억제합니다.
또한, GPCR S1PR2 및 GNA12/GNA13-RHOA 신호를 통해 혈관 평활근세포의 증식과 이동을 억제하여 혈관 손상 후 신생내막 형성을 방지합니다.
