Target Information

TRIP6 유전자는 zyxin family에 속하며, 세 개의 LIM zinc-binding domain을 갖는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 focal adhesion 부위 및 actin stress fiber를 따라 위치하며, lysophosphatidic acid (LPA)에 의존적으로 세포막으로 이동하여 LPA 유도 세포 이동을 조절합니다. 다양한 전사체 변이가 보고되었으나, 모든 변이가 완전히 특성화된 것은 아닙니다.
