Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
The membrane-associated protein encoded by the ABCB1 gene belongs to the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily.
These proteins transport various molecules across cellular membranes and are divided into seven subfamilies: ABC1, MDR/TAP, MRP, ALD, OABP, GCN20, White.
The ABCB1 protein is part of the MDR/TAP subfamily, involved in multidrug resistance.
It acts as an ATP-dependent drug efflux pump with broad substrate specificity, contributing to reduced drug accumulation and resistance to anticancer drugs.
Additionally, it functions as a transporter in the blood-brain barrier.
