For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
FGFR2 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 2) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that regulates various cellular processes including angiogenesis, mitogenesis, osteogenesis, myogenesis, carcinogenesis, differentiation, and tissue repair.
It is implicated in diseases such as cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetic retinopathy.
Mutations in FGFR2 are associated with Crouzon, Pfeiffer, Apert, Jackson-Weiss, Beare-Stevenson, Saethre-Chotzen syndromes, and syndromic craniosynostosis.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
