Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MSP (MST1) contains four kringle domains and a serine protease domain similar to hepatic growth factor.
Although it has a serine protease domain, the protein may lack proteolytic activity.
Its receptor, RON tyrosine kinase, activates ciliary motility in epithelial lung cells.
The protein is secreted and cleaved into alpha and beta chains linked by disulfide bonds.
