Target Information

Myosin은 육각형 ATPase 세포 운동 단백질로, 두 개의 heavy chain, 두 개의 비인산화 alkali light chain, 그리고 두 개의 인산화 가능한 regulatory light chain으로 구성되어 있습니다.
MYL1 유전자는 빠른 수축성 골격근에서 발현되는 myosin alkali light chain을 암호화하며, 두 가지 전사 변이가 보고되어 있습니다.
