For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The NR1I3 gene encodes a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily and acts as a key regulator of xenobiotic and endobiotic metabolism.
This protein binds DNA as a monomer or heterodimer with the retinoid X receptor, regulating transcription of target genes such as cytochrome P450 family members involved in drug metabolism and bilirubin clearance.
Unlike most nuclear receptors, this transcriptional regulator is constitutively active in the absence of ligand but is modulated by both agonists and inverse agonists.
