Target Information
USP10 (ubiquitin specific peptidase 10)은 ubiquitin-specific protease 계열의 cysteine protease로, p53/TP53, SNX3, CFTR 등 ubiquitin-conjugated 단백질로부터 ubiquitin을 절단하는 역할을 합니다.
또한 DNA 결합 안드로겐 수용체(AR) 복합체의 하위 단위로 확인되었으며, p53/TP53 안정성 조절에 중요한 역할을 수행하는 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있습니다.
