Target Information
TRBP는 dsRNA 결합 단백질 계열에 속하며, 두 개의 고도로 보존된 dsRNA 결합 도메인과 C-말단의 염기성 영역을 포함합니다. HIV-TAR RNA에 결합하여 HIV-1 LTR 발현을 자극하고, IFN-조절 PKR과 직접 결합하여 항바이러스 및 항증식 기전을 억제합니다. 또한 Ago2 단백질과 결합하여 Dicer 복합체의 구성 요소로 작용하며, microRNA 처리 및 RISC 조립에 관여합니다. 세포 성장과 종양형성에도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
