SUPT6H와 결합하여 RNAPII 복합체에 모집되며, mRNA export 인자(ALYREF/THOC4, EXOSC10) 및 히스톤 변형 효소(SETD2 등)를 동원하여 정확한 mRNA 스플라이싱, 효율적인 mRNA 수출 및 elongation-coupled H3K36 메틸화를 보장합니다. 이는 활발한 전사의 대표적인 크로마틴 표지입니다.
