Target Information

DOK-6 (docking protein 6)은 p62 Dok 패밀리의 Dok-4/5 하위군에 속하는 새로운 세포 내 어댑터 단백질입니다. DOK6는 발달 중인 중추신경계에서 높게 발현되며, Ret와 함께 교감, 감각, 부교감 신경절 및 신장 발생 중 요관 싹에서 공발현됩니다.
Pull-down assay 결과, DOK6는 GDNF에 의해 활성화된 Ret의 인산화된 Tyr(1062) 잔기와 결합하는 것으로 나타났습니다. 또한, Ret의 리간드 활성화는 Src 의존적 기전을 통해 DOK6의 C-말단에 위치한 티로신 잔기의 인산화를 유도하며, 이는 DOK6가 Ret-Src 신호전달 경로의 기질임을 시사합니다.
