Target Information
HIF-1 beta는 aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator (ARNT) 유전자의 산물로, HIF-1 복합체의 구성 요소입니다. HIF-1은 산소 항상성 유지에 관여하는 핵 단백질로, HIF-1 alpha 및 HIF-1 beta 서브유닛으로 구성됩니다.
저산소 상태에서 HIF-1 alpha는 분해되지 않고 세포 내 농도가 증가하며 전사 활성화가 촉진됩니다. 반면 HIF-1 beta는 산소 농도에 관계없이 안정적으로 유지됩니다.
HIF-1 beta 이상은 저산소증 및 신세포암 등과 관련이 있습니다.
