Target Information
Phospholamban (PLB)은 심근 세포의 근형질세망(SR) 내 칼슘 펌프를 조절하는 52 아미노산 길이의 인산화 단백질입니다. PLB는 동일한 서브유닛 5개로 구성된 올리고머 형태이며, 각 서브유닛은 세포질 도메인(1–25번 잔기)과 막관통 도메인(25–52번 잔기)을 가집니다. 세포질 도메인은 인산화 부위를 포함하며 단백질분해효소에 의해 쉽게 절단됩니다. 반면, 막관통 도메인은 소수성이며 단백질분해효소에 저항성을 가지며 펜타머 구조를 안정화시킵니다.
