Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FOXA1 gene encodes a member of the forkhead class of DNA-binding proteins. These hepatocyte nuclear factors act as transcriptional activators for liver-specific genes such as albumin and transthyretin and interact with chromatin. Related proteins in mice regulate metabolism and differentiation of the pancreas and liver.
