Target Information
ACVR1C는 serine/threonine protein kinase로, TGFB 신호전달계의 type I receptor입니다. 이 수용체 복합체는 2개의 type II 및 2개의 type I transmembrane kinase로 구성되며, type II receptor가 type I receptor를 인산화 및 활성화합니다. 활성화된 type I receptor는 SMAD2 및 SMAD3을 활성화하여 핵으로 이동시켜 DNA 또는 다른 전사 인자와 결합합니다. ACVR1C는 activin AB, activin B 및 NODAL의 수용체로서, 세포 분화, 성장 억제 및 세포사멸에 관여합니다.
