Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
TMEM100 plays a role in embryonic arterial endothelium differentiation and vascular morphogenesis via the ACVRL1 receptor-dependent signaling pathway, stimulated by bone morphogenetic proteins such as GDF2/BMP9 and BMP10.
It is involved in nociception regulation by modulating the interaction between TRPA1 and TRPV1 in dorsal root ganglia neurons, enhancing TRPA1 activity by reducing its inhibition by TRPV1.
