Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MSL2 is a component of the histone acetyltransferase complex responsible for histone H4 acetylation at lysine 16, influencing chromatin structure. It acts as an E3 ubiquitin ligase promoting monoubiquitination of histone H2B at Lys-35 (H2BK34Ub), stimulating H3 methylation at Lys-4 and Lys-79, leading to gene activation such as HOXA9 and MEIS1.
