Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7 K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The RAD21 gene encodes a nuclear protein involved in transcriptional elongation and pre-mRNA splicing.
This protein interacts with the hyperphosphorylated C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II through multiple FF domains and with the pre-mRNA splicing factor SF1 via a WW domain.
Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
