Target Information
SESTD1는 SEC14 및 spectrin 반복 도메인을 포함하는 단백질을 암호화하는 새로운 유전자로, 자발적 수축 및 접촉 반응에 결함이 있는 돌연변이 제브라피쉬에서 처음 확인되었습니다.
추가 연구에서 SESTD1은 TRPC4 및 TRPC5 단백질과 상호작용하며, TRPC5의 수용체 매개 활성화에 필수적인 조절자로 작용함이 밝혀졌습니다.
