Target Information
Granzyme B는 cytotoxic T 세포와 NK 세포의 과립에 존재하는 serine protease 계열의 효소입니다. 이 단백질은 세포사멸(apoptosis)을 유도하는 주요 인자로, cytotoxic T 세포가 표적 세포와 상호작용할 때 caspase-3를 절단하여 DNA fragmentation과 세포사멸을 유발합니다. 또한 Bid 단백질을 절단하여 미토콘드리아 경로를 통한 apoptosis를 촉진합니다.
Granzymes는 CTL과 NK 세포의 특수한 용해 과립에 저장되는 중성 serine protease로, 마우스에서는 여러 종류(A~G)가 알려져 있으며 인간에서는 일부만이 확인되어 있습니다.
