Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The XRCC3 gene encodes a RecA/Rad51-related protein involved in homologous recombination to maintain chromosome stability and repair DNA damage. It complements repair-deficient mutants sensitive to DNA-damaging agents and is associated with cancer susceptibility in certain radiosensitive individuals. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
