Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: Add 100 µL distilled water to obtain ~1 mg/mL final concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
XRCC3 encodes a member of the RecA/Rad51-related protein family involved in homologous recombination for maintaining chromosome stability and repairing DNA damage. It complements repair-deficient mutants sensitive to DNA-damaging agents and is linked to cancer susceptibility. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
