Target Information
HLA-class I 주요 조직적합성 복합체(MHC) 항원은 모든 핵을 가진 세포의 세포막에 존재하는 당단백질로, 불변의 β2-microglobulin과 비공유 결합 형태로 존재합니다.
이들은 세포독성 T세포에 의해 인식되는 외래 항원을 운반하여 항바이러스 및 항종양 면역 방어에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Human HLA-class I 항원은 HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C 분자로 대표됩니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 면역펩티도믹스(Immunopeptidomics) 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체크로마토그래피(HPLC)와 질량분석(MS)을 이용한 네오항원 식별 및 특성화에 활용됩니다.
