Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The IL1R2 protein is a cytokine receptor belonging to the interleukin-1 receptor family. It binds IL1A, IL1B, and IL1R1/IL1RA, functioning as a decoy receptor that inhibits ligand activity.
IL4 can antagonize IL1 activity by inducing IL1R2 expression and release.
This gene forms part of a cytokine receptor cluster on chromosome 2q12, and two alternatively spliced transcript variants encode the same protein.
